1. Introduction

Welcome to BigCast: We are 126 Ventures PLT (LLP0014048-LGN / 201704003922), located at VSQ, Jalan Utara, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Platform’s Role: BigCast is solely a listing and connection platform designed to bridge Creators (“you” or “Creators”) with Companies/Brands (“you” or “Brands”) in Malaysia. We facilitate discovery and communication. Users acknowledge that BigCast is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreements, communications, or transactions entered into between Creators and Brands, whether facilitated directly on or outside of the platform.
What We Don’t Do: We do not manage projects, contracts, payments, or deliverables between Creators and Brands. Any agreements, communications, or transactions happening outside BigCast are solely between the involved parties.
Your Agreement: By using BigCast, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law: All legal matters are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Privacy: This document should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

For Creators: You must be a genuine creator with an active account in Malaysia and a minimum of 2,000 followers on any social platform. You must also be able to legally engage in agreements.
For Companies/Brands: You must be a legally registered entity. We do not permit companies involved in illegal industries including, but not limited to, the sale of unapproved pharmaceuticals, betting/gambling, illicit drugs, weapons, or hate speech promotion.
Account Rules: We reserve the right to reject users who are not genuine creators or legally registered companies. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and password security.

Creators: Free profile creation and publication.
Brands: Free profile creation and publication, standard campaign listing, and standard job listing.

Featured/Promoted Listings: We offer paid options to promote Creator profiles, Campaigns, and Jobs.
Future Services: Additional marketing services and managed creator campaigns may be offered in the future.
Payment & Fees: We accept online payments via Stripe for paid services and will bear the associated transaction fees.

Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information on your profiles, campaign listings, job listings, and any content communicated through the platform.
Content Guidelines: You must not post or promote anything illegal, discriminatory, misleading, harmful, or sexually explicit.
Vetting Other Users: You are responsible for vetting and verifying information and content published by other users. We are not responsible for any false information or outcomes from user interactions.
User Interactions and Agreements: BigCast is not responsible for the conduct of users or for any agreements, communications, or transactions that occur between Creators and Brands. Users are solely responsible for vetting and verifying information and content published by other parties, and for managing their own collaborations and payments.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., portfolio images, profile text, listing details).
Our License: You grant BigCast a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on our platform for the purpose of providing our services.

“As Is” Basis: BigCast is provided “as is” without any warranties.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that Creators will secure jobs/campaigns, or that Brands will find suitable creators.
No Liability for User Interactions: BigCast is not liable for the conduct of any users or for the outcome, performance, or financial aspects of collaborations and payments made directly between Creators and Brands.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms & Conditions.
